2 Reviews in 2 days!

All I can say is wow. Since I'm the type of person who is always in doubt of myself (at least I'm told I am rather too harsh on myself about things) I am ecstatic to get such nice reviews from both Ryan Darragh of Men's Second Style and Scott Buchanan of Second Life Addicts. Ryan has a great Men's fashion blog going that I encourage everyone I know to checkout, and Scott is a forum admin for a very nice set of forums @ Second Life Addicts. I know I have been rather inactive over the past week despite saying that I was working on some new stuff, and really I am LOL. It's just that having my days off from RL work sprinkled in between several days of working kinda hurts the creative flow. I usually do my most and best work when I have a couple days off in a row, something that hasn't happened over the past two weeks.

Road block

Hit a small road block in my SL doings as far as making clothes and whatnot. RL work has taken over somewhat for the next couple days. So we'll see what I can get done hopefully soon.

Busy, Busy

One of the main things that keeps me busy in SL is the ownership of my last remaining, most successful and oldest mall in SL of it's type. It can take many hours a week to maintain and ensure everything is running smoothly. If you want to know which one, check out my "Picks" tab on my profile in SL. :-)

I am in the process of finally getting around to turning out some more clothing too. Hopefully over the next week, I can start posting some new stuff. Keep an eye out for it.

Catching Up on Thoughts

Well RL work has me busy often for a few days at a clip and will prevent me from posting updates and stuff, such is life right?

Had someone make an interesting statement in the store the other day when I could be on. I want to sort of touch on it, at first bothered me (even upset me some) but through talking to those I value near to me said I should not worry about such things and that it's someone uneducated about my past history and length of time I have been in SL and operating my business.

I am a very shy and quiet person, typically keep to myself and this is the beginnings of me trying to step out of that shell. Over the past year (plus) now I have collected many images/screenshots of not only my business but of myself and how I have progressed over time. It's very cool to sometimes look back and reminisce about it all. Funny thing is, as it was pointed out to me, is well nothing much has changed other then the various personal appearances I've had and the business went from a cleaner industrial look to a grungier industrial look thanks to a great build I'm using from Grim and all of my modeling and images/textures are the same as I've used since well before early last year.

Maybe I'm just making something out of it all that it's really not.

Plaza Changes Almost Complete

I spent most of the day re-working the rest of the re-design and change over of my main store and plaza in Isabella. I've been getting many compliments on it already, so that alteast makes me feel good about what I have done so far. Here is a picture of the new plaza:

Hmmm... So I started a blog.

Yup, now what do I do, LMAO? I guess I'll just put some stuff in here from time to time so you all know what's up. Does everyone start their blog with a first post like this?

I guess I could expand on some information about me. Recently I overhauled my existence in SL. I went from a 100% human to part Neko. I have been enjoying it, having lots of fun with it and I am still learning and exploring about it. In fact, it further inspired me to then overhaul my entire business image, which went from being RS Creations to [Sidewalk] Clothing. This all happened with a couple of days, of my 1st year (rez day) anniversary in SL, and since I started my clothing biz within two weeks of starting in SL, it's all very close in time anniversary wise to each other. Happy Rez day to me. :-)
